Using chm2web

Creation of online help systems from chm-help files is quite simple when using chm2web:

• Run chm2web
• Press the ‘Project\New’ menu item
• Specify the style of your help system in 'Version' tab.
• Specify the source file of your compiled help in ‘General \ Source file’ field
• Specify an empty folder (if it does not exist it will be created) path in 'General \ Target Directory' field. During conversion resulting files will be placed in this folder.
• Specify index file name in 'General \ Index file name' field. (index.htm, for example)
• Set all the required parameters (for detailed information on parameters see Conversion Options)
• Press the ‘Build’ button
• Upload all the files from Target Folder to your web site. Congratulations, your online help system is ready!
